Hi everyone! I hope you all are doing well!
My first topic is about lifestyle. Here is my statement: Your lifestyle matters!
We all live our own lifestyles. Lifestyle is a term to describe the way a person lives,
one’s mixture of habits, attitudes and preferences, conventional ways of doing things,
and reasoned actions.
Your look, your behaviour, your choices and actions – reflects your lifestyle.
And your home reflects your lifestyle the best. Did you choose to live in a traditional
house with a small garden, cherry tree in a quiet neighbourhood, or do you prefer a
carefree condo living style apartment, maybe a cottage on a lake, a mobile home, a castle,
or a very unique home hanging in a tree over a river, or … Choice is yours!
So, if you believe your home does not match your lifestyle, I invite you to shop for the
home that fits it!
Because I believe that a home should fit owner’s lifestyle, I created this new logo:
How is the market?
Interest rates stay very low. If you decide to go with fixed rate - a qualified buyer can
borrow with 3.39% for 5 year term and if you choose variable rate- prime is 3% minus
discount 0.1 equals 2.9% .
Here are some market statistics based on Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) Market
Watch October 2011:
Average sales price YTD (this year from Jan. to October) - $478,137 + 11% (over
previous year)
Average sales price YTD 2010 - $430,802 + 9.8%
Average sales price YTD 2009 - $392.264 + 3 %
If you would like to know the market value of you home please give me a call and I will
evaluate it. Most likely that you will like the market value of your property and will
decide to make next move to a home that meets your lifestyle better than current home.
And if you are someone dreaming about your first home – I would love to receive a call
from you!
Toronto Condo News (just some).
Have you been to Toronto Dawn Town lately? It is changing very quickly. A lot of new
buildings are built, quite a few are under construction. And here are some projects to
come: Menkes is planning not one but two 70-storey towers on their site at 90 Harbour
street, directly south of Maple Leaf Square. Tridel is also planning a 75-storey tower.
Three 70+ storey towers = more than 200 storeys of condos and over 2000 units coming
soon to this location. Wow.
Former Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau said years ago: The twentieth century belonged to
the United States while the twenty-first century would belong to Canada. Now, into the
second decade of this century, it appears that his forecast could be coming true.
